Elizabeth Rachidi holds a BSc degree in Psychology and a post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management. She began her career with the Exclusive Books Group. Her passion for practicing HR saw her move from store management into an HR Generalist function for the Group in 2002. In 2004, she joined the international Executive Search firm, Heidrick and Struggles as a research associate.
