Gerhard Badenhorst

Gerhard Badenhorst is passionate about HR Transformation and is actively involved with the redesign and optimisation of the Human Resources Organisation for client companies as part of his role as Domain Expert within EPI-USE, a global ERP implementation consulting firm. In 2004, Gerhard pioneered the development of the Human Capital Architecture, an approach based on Enterprise Architecture with which he assists client companies to closely integrate and align their HR strategy with HR customers, HR service delivery model and channels, with HR people, HR business processes, HR data & information and HR information systems such as SAP. Gerhard has approximately 12 years’ experience in Human Capital Management Consulting and has previously worked for companies such as Deloitte and GijimaAST, serving clients in industries such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, mining, utilities, energy and the public sector. Gerhard holds degrees in Social Sciences, Labour Relations and Philosophy.
