Competencies for Top Talent

A competency management strategy is an essential part of human capital management. Skills and competency profiles aligned with job responsibilities and integrated with performance and learning management provide the window on talent in organisations. Competency-based hiring, development and performance management offer an objective, measurable system for talent management. In this learning track we will explore all elements of competency management, including competency dictionaries, competency modelling best practices, gap analysis and competency-based approaches to driving human performance.
