Comprehensive On-Boarding

The most effective follow through to a good hiring process is an equally strong on-boarding programme. Using technology and best practices, organisations are able to accelerate the time to performance of new employees by weaving them into their new environments more quickly and thoroughly. Comprehensive on-boarding is a two stage process that starts by focusing on the employees' experience in the first few days (effective hand-off from recruiter to manager, access to the equipment they need, smooth payroll process, security, orientation, etc.) and then focuses on the employee's first few months, aiming to integrate them into the organisation, making them feel part of the team and part of its success as soon as possible.
