Lele Mehlomakulu started her career working as a Psychometrist for the South African Police Services. She worked there for almost five years, during which time she also started branching into Human Resources. She has since held various senior HR roles in the Financial Services and Retail sectors. Since November 2006 Lele has been employed as Head of HR at Allan Gray Limited, a successful Investment company based in Cape Town. She holds a BSc in Mathematics and Psychology, BSc Hons degree in Psychology and is doing her final year Masters in Business Leadership with UNISA. Lele is also a Director for Green Willows Property, a property investment company also based in Cape Town. |
