These projects have the potential to have a marked impact on the South African Talent Management scene and hopefully impact the economy over time. Online collaboration and project management tools will shortly be made available for volunteers to submit ideas for lead projects. Click on the link to view the project road map that will guide the work of the project teams. You will notice that HCI Africa has agreed to use Martin Sutherland’s Time Horisons model as a project management framework.
