Company membership is particularly appropriate for those organisations’ CEOs and top team players who have made, or are considering the move to drive a talent mindset and practices through the line structures of the company.

Preferential pricing for our full range of products and services is available to company members only.
How Does Company Membership Work?
Ideally company membership will be Sponsored by the CEO office, or the top team as a whole. Sponsorship from the CEO gives legitimacy to the decision to take a company membership. Line managers are more likely to take the messages about talent management more seriously once this decision is communicated.
What is the Role of HR?
The role of the HR Executive is to select which products & services are to be used on a company-wide basis to support business and talent management goals. Annually a member of HCI Africa’s customer service team will meet with the HR Executive (face to face or teleconference) to agree which products and services will be used and an implementation plan for the use of these products and services.
Duration of Membership
1 year from date of sign up; multi-year agreements can be negotiated.

Audits & Indexes
HCI Africa offers our company members a continually expanding library of diagnostic audits. Unlike consultants and vendors we operate as a Not-For-Profit organisation in the name of the 'National Good'. All company data is aggregated into databases to produce reliable indexes for companies to benchmark themselves against. We do not offer consulting services, and do not subscribe to ‘drop and run’ principles. We will take time to help you pinpoint strengths and hot spots deep within the data.
